Website terms vs. service agreements
These terms cover the website only. Analyses, in-person visits (at our studio or your home), and memberships are governed by the written service terms you receive and accept before enrolling, including price, inclusions, scheduling, cancellation, and refund terms. Prices shown on the website are current offers and are confirmed before purchase.
Payment timing
We never take payment more than 30 days before the service it pays for. One-time services (analyses and in-person sessions) are paid when you book an appointment within the next 30 days. A home-visit fee, where it applies, is paid with the visit it covers. Memberships are billed one month at a time and can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. Memberships may be paused for up to 2 months. An Energy Snapshot fee is credited toward a Vitality Analysis booked within 30 days of the Snapshot.
What our services are
BioVitality provides wellness analysis, habit coaching, and measurement. We do not provide exercise instruction, workouts, exercise programs, classes, or access to exercise equipment or facilities.
