FAQ
Frequently asked questions
About the Vitality Analysis, in-person visits (studio or home), membership, booking, and what to expect.
Is this medical care?
No. BioVitality provides non-medical wellness education, accountability and progress tracking. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Where do I start?
With a Vitality Analysis: a remote Energy 4 Life analysis, a 60-minute results session and a written plan ($295), or in person from $345 with a 3D body scan at our Naples studio or in your home.
How does payment work?
One-time services are paid when you book an appointment within the next 30 days. Memberships are billed one month at a time and you can cancel before your next billing date. We never charge more than 30 days ahead.
How do I book?
Send the three-step booking form or call (239) 221-0288. We reply within two business days with your appointment time and a secure payment link. Nothing is charged before then.
Can I do it from home?
Yes, two ways. Remote: the analysis, results session, plan and Vitality Membership happen online for adults in Florida. In person at home: we bring the body scan, strength test and Vitalyzer to your home in Collier County for $95 per visit.
Is this personal training or a gym?
No. We measure; we don't give exercise instruction, design workouts or sell gym or equipment access. You can share your strength report with your own trainer or physical therapist.
Will I lose weight?
We help you build sustainable habits that support your weight-management goals. We don't promise a number of pounds, and we don't provide medical weight-loss treatment.
Is there a lower-cost way to start?
Yes. The $95 Energy Snapshot is a remote scan and 20-minute review, credited in full toward the Vitality Analysis within 30 days.
Does anything renew automatically?
Only memberships, which you choose separately. They renew monthly, show the billing date up front, and can be paused for up to 2 months or cancelled any time before it.
Do I have to buy products?
No. After your analysis we may suggest optional Energy 4 Life liquid products. They are never required and you see the price first.
Can I keep my trainer or doctor?
Yes. BioVitality complements the support you already have. You decide whether to share your report.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Experiences and measurements vary, and a before-and-after comparison does not prove what caused a change.
What is Energy 4 Life?
A bioenergetic wellness system we use remotely for your analysis. It gives an energetic reading and baseline; it is not a medical test or diagnosis and is shown separately from physical measurements.
What is the Vitalyzer?
A relaxing, non-invasive bioenergetic wellness session of about 20 minutes in our Naples studio. It is not a medical test and does not diagnose or treat anything.
About assessments
What is the VALD DynaMo Plus?
A professional handheld dynamometer and inclinometer. It measures pushing and pulling force, grip strength and range of motion, and records results so they can be compared over time.
Is testing strenuous?
Tests ask you to push, pull or squeeze against the device for a few seconds at a controlled effort. Your assessor confirms which activities are appropriate for you, and you can decline or stop any test.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move in, supportive shoes, and arrive hydrated. You will receive preparation instructions before your visit.
How often should I re-test?
Every 8–12 weeks works well for strength. Comparisons are most useful when repeated with the same method, so we keep test setup consistent.
Can my trainer use my results?
Yes. Your strength report is yours to share. Trainers and physical therapists use it to plan your exercise; we don't design or sell exercise programs.
Is an assessment a medical evaluation?
No. Measurements are used for wellness progress tracking, not medical diagnosis. If you are recovering from an injury or surgery, check with your healthcare provider before testing.
